As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on this website in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz – TMG) and general law. However, as per Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider, we are not obligated to monitor or, according to circumstances, research transmitted or stored third-party information indicating illegal activity. Obligations under general law to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected by these provisions.  Any liability shall only come into effect as from the time we become aware of a direct breach of the law. Once we become aware of corresponding violations of the law, we will remove the content in question immediately.
